Please respect these guidelines for a harmonious stay
Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Friday–Saturday: Midnight to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, TV, and conversations at a respectful volume at all times.
No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Service animals (guide dogs, signal dogs) are the only exception, as defined by Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 515.
Smoking is not permitted inside the units or on the lanai. Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property and the beach fronting the building.
One assigned parking stall per unit is included free of charge. Please do not wash vehicles in the parking stalls. No derelict or inoperable vehicles.
Trash must be securely wrapped before placing in receptacles. Large boxes should be flattened before placing in dumpsters. Please keep all common areas clean.
The property is gated and secured. You'll receive security keys for access. Please keep all passageways clear — no luggage or items left outside apartment doors.
Enjoy direct gated access to Paponeone Beach. Laundry may not be hung on lanais. Barbecuing is permitted in designated areas only.
Maximum occupancy limits are enforced. All tenants must be registered. Visiting guests may stay for a maximum of two weeks. Please respect your neighbors.
